lasik contacts after
Lasik surgery patients………..did you have the red spots on the white part of your eyes?

I had Lasik last Friday and they said the red spots on the eyes will disappear in about 2 weeks, this is where the suction was applied to the eye to hold it in place. Has anyone else had this and did it take a couple weeks? Just curious, outside of that I LOVE IT I seen 20/20 the very next day after wearing contacts/glasses 22 years. WOW Factor…….

I am a Lasik surgeon myself. The red spots which you see are called as subconjunctival haemorrhages and they will disappear in a week to two weeks so dont worry. They are quite common in Lasik. That really doesent affect ure vision, you dont have to take any treatment for that. Pranav Eye Care

spectera lasik

Does Spectera vision ins. pay some of the cost of lasik eye surgery?Does anyone here have that vision ins.?

Spectera doesn’t pay for lasik. They don’t pay for a lot of things, which is why almost no one accepts it. In the industry, it’s called Specterrible and it’s called that for a reason.

lasik canada
Eye correction techniques?

A few years back I saw a news segment where there was a technique to correct bad eyesight not involving lasers. It somehow involved changing the shape of the eye (I think) and was only available in canada since the USDA wouldn’t approve the procedure. I may be mistaken about some of the details. Could you please list all available medical procedures for eye correction other than lasik? Thank you.

A permanent contact lens is what I know of.
