arm lift before and after

An arm lift is an excellent option for anyone who would like to achieve a more toned upper arm appearance and reduce excess fat and sagging skin in the region. Excess sagging skin often develops due to aging or after large-scale weight loss.

Am I a Candidate for Arm Lift Surgery?

Ideal candidates for arm lift surgery:

  • Have excess fat or sagging arm skin
  • Have not seen improvements to skin tone of upper arm region through exercise
  • Have lost skin elasticity due to aging
  • Have realistic expectations for the outcome of the procedure

If you still maintain good skin elasticity, you should consider liposuction to tone your upper arm region.

Arm Lift Procedure

Your plastic surgeon will make an incision in your upper arm from your arm pit to your elbow. The incision will be made on the inside of the arm so that the scar will be less visible after your surgery.

During the procedure, excess fat and skin will be removed from the region using advanced body sculpting techniques. Your arm skin will then be pulled tight and sutured to provide for a more toned appearance. The entire procedure will last between two and three hours, and you will notice reduced arm circumference and minimized sagging once you are completely healed.

Post-Operative Follow-Up Care

You will need to rest while you recover, and arm movements will be restricted for a short period of time. Dressings or bandages may be used to cover your incisions, and your surgeon may recommend a compression garment to reduce swelling.

Expect to miss one to two weeks of work after surgery. You will be able to walk right away, but you will need to wait at least two weeks before resuming strenuous cardiovascular exercise. It will take approximately three weeks for your arm to heal. At that time, you may go swimming.

arm lift before and after

How Do I Get Arm Muscle and Abs?

Okay, I do about 100 sit ups a night (before bed) as well as 100 arm lifts with a 10 pound wieght.

But, there isn’t a noticeable difference yet. Am I not doing enough? Am I not eating right (I eat junk food in small quantities).

Can someone give me a brief outline of what excercises I should do (I can’t afford a gym membership).

Thanks.

ok well unless the 10 lb weight is super heavy for u then it wont make any improvements..if its like featherweight its just to lose arm fat but u need more muscle for it to show. what you need to do is go on to heavier weights like 15 or 20 lbs for u rite now and work at that..once ur able to do like 15 reps on 20 lbs then go back to doing the 10lb thing. for the situps just keep doin ghtat i guess its ok
