tummy tuck wrap
all natural?

After my child was born i didn’t loose all the waight
and now that i have started my stomach skinn is really saggy
i still have some more waight to loose but….
Its almost been two years so i dont think that it will just pop back up
plastic surgary or tummy tucks are NOT an option
so i was wondering if there was any natural way to tighten the skinn
it sounds weird but someone said Jump roping
im not sure how but its worth a try
is there any creams or body wraps or exsersices to tighten the skinn
please help?
even if it works just a little

massage your stomach daily and really knead the loose skin with your hands. that’ll help the collagen spread back out where it was before and improve your skin’s elasticity to also go back to where it was before. i have two kids and this has helped me a lot.
