Women or medical professional only please…I noticed that my areola around my left nipple changes?
with couple of dark brown patches. Dose any one know what this means? They’re on my left breast. I also had breast augmentation about 5 months ago and my left breast nipple has been super sensitive ever since. Are these brown patches associate with cancer?
No, they’re not cancer. It’s normal for the areolas to change color and shape with hormonal changes. It also depends on how they put the implants in and what nerves may have been cut through to put them in which would explain why you have more sensitivity in your left than your right. It’s nothing to freak about, but if it bugs you enough, you could go back and see your doctor.

With SmartLipo, you will begin to recover as soon as the procedure is finished. You will first be escorted to a recovery room, where the doctor will review the procedure and give you instructions on how to take care of your wounds. You will generally be able to return home within two hours after the SmartLipo procedure. You will need to follow your doctor’s recovery instructions precisely, and he or she may prescribe minor pain medication.
You will also receive compression bandages that are key to the recovery process. They encourage healing by preventing the affected tissues from shifting after the SmartLipo procedure. They can also help prevent your blood from clotting.
Following surgery, your doctor may suggest a bit of movement in the following days to promote circulation but limited to only minor activity. In the days after, remember to not take any anti-inflammatory medicines or blood thinners like Aspirin. In addition, it is recommended that you do not smoke for a few days after the procedure.
You will heal from SmartLipo in several stages. First, minor bruising and numbness may occur right after the SmartLipo procedure. These side effects should disappear within days, if not hours, of leaving the recovery room. The swelling will go down within a week. At this time you will be able to resume normal activities, or at the request of your doctor. However, once the swelling is gone, your recovery is finished and you will be able view the SmartLipo surgery’s final results.
After your SmartLipo procedure, your doctor will schedule recovery checkups. During these follow-up visits, he will examine you to make sure they are healing well. It is critical that you keep your appointments as you recover. Doing so will ensure that you heal without scarring and/or infection. Most patients’ skin is completely back to normal within three months of the SmartLipo procedure.

I want to know everything you know about laser hair removal on the legs. Have you tried it? How much would it cost for just the legs? How long would it take? How long would it last?
I have very thick dark hair on my legs, and I’ve tried all different kinds of hair removal products…Nair just doesn’t do it. Waxing is out of the question…Shaving irritates my skin no matter how I do it, razor bumps always show up and stubble shows up within about 12 hrs I’d say. Help!
I have done laser hair removal, not on the legs though, but depends if you want to do the whole leg or just half of the leg. But also different places charge different prices.
For both legs though, it might take about 30min or so to get the treatment. You go in every 10wks or so since your hair grows in cycles. So when you go in the first time, you will only get the hairs that are growing, and then the next time, it will get the next cycle of hairs.
You can not go tanning or anything when you are getting this done. Your skin will be irritated for a couple days afterwards, and you might think it looks worse, but in reality it will go away, put cold water on it or a wash cloth afterwards and some cream. When you wash, you can literaly see your hair go bye bye. Its amazing. The first few weeks you will notice your hair wont grow, but after about 4wks to 6wks you will notice that your hair will start to grow, but not as much, which means that these are the next cycle of hair that will be destroyed when you go in.
And they say that laser hair is forever since it kills the ROOT of the hair. But things like horomones can make OTHER roots of hair to grow back, but its gauranteed to not grow back. Many places will give you two free sessions afterwards incase there are some stragglers that wanted to stay a live.
Good luck. Its worth it in my opinion!
