I can relate to them being a hassle with having that size myself, but I’ve learned to live with and accept them as is. Reduction costs a good amount but see if your dr. could get that okayed with insurance for the purpose of reducing a strain on your back if that is what you feel is the best choice.
I don’t know about getting them firmed but a support bra makes a difference for sure. If you tried sports bras and that doesn’t work to help in this problem I’d try a special bra like playtex or other “full figure” sections make. They are slightly more but not too pricey still.Look for them on sale as well.
