Did you notice how Heidi Montag took took the cover for Cosmogirl, and Lauren Conrad took Seventeen?

And did you also notice that the stores just “happened” to put them right next to each other?

O.o

And did you notice how Seventeen did an article on plastic surgery and just HAPPENED to have made it directed toward Heidi Montag (breast implants and a nose job)

I thought it was funny. And so I just had to buy Seventeen because Lauren Conrad is better.

Yeah, I noticed. I was talking to a couple of my friends about it, and I was surprised that they didn’t see that.

“The Hills” is get a lot of publicity lately, especially in the tabloids, and such, and since both of magazines are competitors in the same (teen) market, and owned by the same company, I think that it was planned.

Seventeen is a bigger seller than Cosmogirl, so they got the bigger star, and will definitely sell more than Heidi’s cover.
