Breast augmentation?
Is it possible to have breast augmentation surgery while under local anesthesia (and possibly twilight sedation)?
No way and you wouldn’t want it done like that anyway. Depending on your implant type and you natural breast size, the doctor typically goes in through the armpit or makes the incision under the breast. Would you want to make half awake or only sedated for that? You will still feel everything.
