Weight Loss While You Sleep

Want to lose weight while you sleep, is important to know that we presume we need our “rest” without ever thinking much about it. If we engage in physical exercise or muscle-taxing work in the day, our muscles, ligaments, skin, cartilege and other working parts of our body are worn down in the method.

The body requires a time of rest to reconstruct these damaged parts. So while we sleep the body repairs and reconstructs organ tissue, ligaments, tendons and lean muscle by burning the calories we take in as food in the day. And if that is not enough, it’ll burn excess blubber. Have you experienced a sleepless night and then the day after, regardless of what you ate you will not feel full and satisfied? Well, it is due to these hormones. Ghrelin, excites your appetite and makes you hungry while Leptin, sends a signal to the brain to tell you that you are full during a meal. So one makes you hungry while the other makes you are feeling full.

So how do these two hormones correlate then? Well, lack of sleep will reduce leptin levels, meaning that you are going to still feel hungry after an ordinary meal which will typically satisfy you. Having not enough sleep also causes ghrelin levels to rise, meaning your appetite is stimulated, so you may eat more than you routinely do and that spelled difficulty if you need to find the fastest way to lose weight.

Collagen is the commonest protein found in our bodies. It is the main element of our skin, nails, bones, cartilage, and connective tissue and is located in all the body organs. Sadly , as we grow older our bodies lose the capability to supply collagen at enough levels wanted to support the restorative processes that our bodies are engineered to perform. This could be a major contributor leading to an early aged appearance and can seriously affect our suppleness and mobility. Since the body uses deep sleep for the restoration process, it’s important when employing a collagen supplement not to eat roughly 3 hours before going asleep.

collagen and weight loss

collagen and weight loss

Calorad Works Naturally to Enhance Weight Loss

Major results of collagen loss are: Wrinkles on the outside; Breakdown of lean muscle and connective tissue on the inside. Collagen degeneration continues until you supply your body with proper supplementation.

Losing weight is by far the reason most people decide to try a weight loss program but there are more benefits to the whole physical being than just looking better as a result of losing weight. Most weight loss programs ignore the simple truth that collagen is the glue that binds us together and that collagen is lost as we age.

The result of collagen loss is wrinkles on the outside and breakdown of lean muscle and connective tissue on the inside. Calorad® offers a collagen weight loss program which seeks to restore the collagen that you lose as you age.

Collagen is extremely rich in the amino acids Proline and Glycine. Calorad® delivers a collagen weight loss program which takes advantage of the Peak Periods for the absorption of amino acids. The result is that you have a collagen weight loss program at work for you right round the clock.

Why do I need Calorad®?

When used as directed, Calorad® is an effective tool for most people to help rebuild lean muscle and connective tissue. This, in turn, utilizes fats and sugars more efficiently.

What is Calorad®?

Calorad® is a food supplement containing 12 calories, 3 grams of protein, 0 grams of fat and 0 gram of carbohydrate per 1-tablespoon serving. The collagen hydrolysate nutrients in Calorad® are extracted from beef or fish. Every batch of Calorad® is inspected for quality control.

How to use Calorad®:

Take one tablespoon before bed (just before your head hits the pillow) on an empty stomach. Do not eat or drink anything but water at least three hours prior to taking Calorad® with a glass of water. Each bottle of Calorad® provides a 30-day supply. Using Calorad® along with any health regimen or exercise program may help to increase benefits.

Each night, before bedtime and on an empty stomach, drink 0.5 fl.oz.(15 ml) of Calorad® with 7 fl.oz.(210 ml) of water. Shake before using.

Calorad® when used as directed, is effective for most people to help their bodies lose unhealthy fat and inches, without losing muscle, and helps provide a greater overall sense of wellness.

breast augmentation surgery procedure

breast augmentation surgery procedure
Has anyone actually had breast augmentation?

Not thinking about it, not know “a friend of a friend”, but a woman who actually underwent the procedure? How do you feel about yourself and your breasts now? Do you regret your decision? It seems that this surgery is commonplace now.

Well, I haven’t had it done, but I know someone very well who did. And about 20 years later, she had to have them removed. Both had leaked, and it was hard for the doctors to get it scraped out. She chose not to have them replaced.

I worked in the health care field, and saw many women with implants. Some looked very natural, and some completely false.

I am not against having it done! Just do a lot of research before making a decision. And if you have a friend who had it done, and you like her results, call for a consultation with her doctor.

Good luck!
