Pure Col Collagen and Skin Quality

Collagen is well known for its positive qualities in the body such as skin elasticity and overall cell health. Collagen is abundant in our younger years, helping the body regenerate cells and tissues, keeping muscles and ligaments strong, as well as giving us our healthy shine for our hair, nails and skin. This natural protein is the glue that holds all of our body’s pieces together; essentially it is required for every function throughout our bodies.

Without it, we wouldn’t be the people we are today! But for many of us, the challenge is to keep our skin and cells at a healthy state, no matter how old in fact we really are. Collagen can help anyone retain the health and beauty that they are looking for.

Sun damage is one of the main concerns for anyone who is seeking out alternatives to their tissue and cell development. Our faces are exposed to the sun’s harmful UV rays every single day and therefore can show early signs of aging more than on other areas of our bodies.

For those who are diligent with UV protection every day, it may be hard to tell the real age of a person since the skin may look and feel younger than it actually is. Many of us have not always been meticulous at applying sunscreen each day and are seeing the effects of sun damage even in our younger years. Collagen is one of the key factors to helping bring back that youthful looking skin that we once had.

Wrinkles are the first visible sign of a lack of collagen in the body. The skin cells slowly become depleted of collagen as we age and expose ourselves to outside factors such as UV rays from the sun. As we get older, our bodies do not produce as much collagen as we need in order to replenish the skin cells and tissues that are required to maintain healthy looking skin.

It is known that during our sleep the body produces collagen to help repair damage to our skin and cell tissues as it needs. Starting in our mid twenties, our bodies slowly lose their ability to produce this necessary substance and many seek out alternative methods to giving our cells and tissues what it needs.

Sagging skin around the eyes, laugh lines around our mouths and even acne scars are all negative results of a lack of collagen. Added collagen can be beneficial for many aspects of our health. One of the main reasons that people will seek out collagen supplements is to slow down the aging process by getting rid of those fine lines and wrinkles in the skin.

Giving your body back what it needs through natural supplements such as collagen can help you maintain that healthy, youthful look as well as getting the necessary glue that your cells and tissues need each day to function as it did years ago. With such an easy way to help your overall health, who wouldn’t want to benefit from adding collagen to your daily skin regime?

How Does the Body Produce Collagen Naturally

When trying to find the answer to skin care questions I look at natural products and I find terrific solutions there. When looking at how does the body produce collagen the natural way we need to look at certain ingredients.

One of these ingredients is keratin. Keratin is a protein found in the body that is important in the structure of our skin. There is a company that has found Functional Keratin™, extracted from sheep in New Zealand, will work with our bodies naturally to stimulate the growth of collagen for our skin.

This keratin is special in that the bioactive polymers remain fully available to the skin. It is so similar to the protein found in our skin that it rejuvenates our skin when we rub it on in a cream or lotion form.

This differs from products that contain collagen. The collagen molecules are too dense and large to penetrate the skin, so rubbing them on our skin is useless for collagen growth. So the best answer to how does the body produce collagen the natural way is with Functional Keratin™.

Other ways of naturally producing collagen is with Active Manuka Honey. It has been documented by scientists at New Zealand’s Waikato University that when honey is used topically, it helps supports the skin’s cell renewal process. It helps the skin stay young looking by forming stronger collagen naturally.

Active manuka honey also has high levels of antioxidants and stimulates the immune system. It has antibacterial properties to help heal serious skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis.

When asking how does body produce collagen naturally, you can also look at Nano-Lipobelle H EQ10, which is a special form of Coenzyme Q10. Scientific studies show that this substance helps eliminate wrinkles and fine lines by increasing the collagen and elastin production in the skin.

These natural ways of building collagen and elastin are safe and easy. You don’t have to go to a doctor to get injected with bovine collagen, which can cause allergic reactions and skin infections. Why go that route when a good quality cream will do the job.

You won’t find these creams that help your body build it’s own collagen naturally at your local department or drug store. You can only find these amazing ingredients online.

Check out my website if you want to find the products that will help answer the question how does the body produce collagen naturally. You’ll be amazed at how well these products work. They are safe and healthy and readily available online.

face lift collagen

April 13th, 2010 The Doctor No comments

face lift collagen
Have you ever known anyone who received {fillers}~ collagen injections and did it make them look 5 yrs. young?

I was thinking of getting them done when I am older because honestly am not interested in a face-lift, lol [well more power to the ones who have had them done, just not for me].
Just think when I’m older will have those crease likes on each side of my mouth a little later on. Fillers are simple enough~do they really “cause scar tissue”? I read that somewhere I think.
HAVE YOU or anyone you’ve known had “fillers” done on their face?

It fixes your lines/wrinkles making your appearance seen younger then your actual age. I have not personally done this or tried it since I am 22 but my mom said it works pretty good. She’s early 40’s. The only thing is it only lasts for 3 months to a year and then you have to go back to get another one. Everybody has some sort of smile line on them as they age. Even some girls who are 14 have them.
