Nose job or breast implants??
Say you had a large nose (looks fine from the front, but is large when looking at the profile/sides) and a flat chest and only money for one surgery…what surgery would you get right away?
nose! there are other things you can do to enhance the appearance of your breasts but nothing else to hide your nose…
