Your experience with abdominal liposuction or tummy tucks?
I’m thinking about get upper and lower abdominal liposuction maybe Dr. Alan Bittner. I like everything on my body except my stomach since I’ve had my baby. I’ve tried diet pills (don’t try them) and I lost a lot of weight but gained most of it back. I’ve been working out doing aerobics for 30 minutes everyday and cutting back on my eating habits for a month and a half now and it’s not working. What should I do? Does anyone have any suggestions?
It’s a personal decision that only you can make. I considered liposuction myself but after research come to the conclusion that the risks far outweighed the benefits of the procedure and as a result i became more focused, exercised and started to eat a healthy diet (which worked). I’m not saying don’t have it done but research the procedure thoroughly and get different professional opinions before you make a decision. good luck.
