Is safe to do your own chemical peels at home?

I pay a ton of money to get the skin medica peel done every 6 weeks. It is a very mild peel with great results. I have been looking on the internet and found many home kits for Glycolic acid, TCA, and Salicylic peels. With proper instruction can I do them at home? I would be conservative. If anyone knows the answer maybe you can also recommend a brand. Thanks.

I don’t know how safe that is, but I can suggest that you make a list of the different at-home kits you’ve found. Make an appointment to see a dermatologist, and bring the list. Ask him/her if any of them would be safe for you to do at home, and ask for any tips on how to avoid problems.
