Singapore or Korea? What is safer?

If I intend to get plastic surgery (nose), Where should I go? (Korea and Singapore?) Im currently staying in Singapore. If I am to be doing plastic surgery in Singapore, I will go to Dr. Wu woffles I've never been in Korea before. So the clinic or the physician should search for? How much they charge for plastic surgery in Korea? Im looking for a good surgeon. I really do not mind the cost

I am not professional at all, but I know when I see Korean celebrities who have been rumors of plastic surgery can not say anything. (They did not are false.) Moreover, the singer / actor who might be able to afford a good, but … ^^;;; Just my opinion. xD I have even less knowledge on Singapore.
