Ive resently lost over 3 and half stone. and my bum is terriable , one bum cheek hangs lower than the other, its really getting to me, sometimes i find it even hard to eat, as its constantly on my mind, Does anyone know if i keep losin weight and goin to the gym ( i run 5 times a week) it’ll even its self out? If not looks like im goin to have to take out a loan, to get buttock lift

Going to the gym may help- try tensing your bum muscles for 5 secs then stop. do that about 30 times a day.
if they are still bad then maybe surgery- liposuction or a bum lift!
